What information do you collect and what do you use it for?

We collect various information to make your shopping easier at Software Care. This information is:

1. Information to get the item there - We need your name, address, email address and credit card information and/or other payment information to process the order and get your item to you as fast as possible.
2. IP address - This is for analysing visitors for our tracking system, so we know which country our visitors come from, so we can try and make our services better. It also records how you got to here, so we can see where how our visitors get here.
3. Cookies - Cookies are basically small text files that can store information such as what is in your shopping cart and the status of your order.
4. Order information - This is kept for you convenience so that you can check the status of your order at any time and see previous orders.

Who do you share this information with?

1. Shipping - We must let our shipping service know your address and credit card information to the bank from where you got your card so that your item can get to you quickly.
2. Other parties - We do not let any other parties know about any personal information without your consent.
